At first I thought this generic request was a joke. I have been trying to give feedback to Regina since the product arrived severely damaged on May 2nd.
On April 25, I ordered the cupcake bouquet to be delivered to my daughter for her April 30th birthday. I paid an additional charge for 2 day priority handling.
The order was confirmed and charged to my account the next day.
On April 28th, I followed up both by phone and e-mail for a status. I received an e-mail on April 30th advising that the order was being shipped that day. The expected delivery date was May 2nd. The package was delivered on 5/2 but the contents were a mess! I immediately called Regina at DiSilva's Kitchen to let her know that the cupcakes arrived smashed and all the icing was stuck to the lid. The bouquet was not assembled like the online picture. The cupcakes were in a box and the pieces to assemble a bouquet were in the package.
This was not what I ordered. My daughter was disappointed and frankly I was embarrassed!!
I followed up my phone message with an e-mail the same day.
I called again a week later and left another message requesting a return call.
To date, I have been ignored.
Now, in addition to being disappointed, I am frustrated and angry.
Your customer service is awful!!
I expect Regina or the appropriate individual to contact me by June 5th to discuss rectifying this matter.
