HOURS OF OPERATION
Our Sales Team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, to assist you in your food and beverage selections. Dial 678.827.1569 to reach a representative directly, or e-mail us at email@example.com.
For the highest standard in presentation, service and quality, we ask that all food and beverage selections be placed two weeks in advance. Orders can be arranged with the assistance of our Sales Team at 678.827-1569, or via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. A 20% service charge and applicable state sales tax will be added to all related orders. Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellations. Orders with advanced notice and cancelled before 7 days of the event will not be charged.
LAST MINUTE ORDERING
Last minute orders are not guaranteed, we are booked very quickly and only take on 2 caterings per day in order to give our clients the best quality and service possible. In order to accommodate any last minute order we charge the following fees: Within 1 week booking- $25, Within 72 hours- $40, Within 48 hours $60. Within 24 hours $75.
DeSilva Kitchen will endeavor to fulfill special menu requests, including gluten sensitive, Kosher and vegetarian meals, whenever possible. For those very special celebrations of birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc., DeSilva Kitchen will provide personalized, decorated layer cakes, and desserts. The cakes will be delivered to your event at a specified time. Please place all requests for specialized menus and menu items two weeks prior to your event.
Cancellation within (7) days of the event will result in 100% charge of the total food and beverage charges.
Additional labor charges will be applied as determined on a case by case basis for any unusual service requirements, minimal revenue events, late night, early morning or holiday events.
Payment in full is required no less than 7 days prior to the event. DeSilva Kitchen policy requires a credit card on file for billing and incidentals.
Standard Gratuity for all events is 20%. Your tip goes to your delivery personnel and/or servers that sets up your food, chaffing dishes, tables, and other items to make your day of event run smoothly.
Delivery and Set-up includes delivery of your food and beverage to your event along with the set-up and clean-up of the event with a 20% service charge.
DeSilva Kitchen provides serving equipment for all hot food service for an additional fee. Our catering is delivered on high-grade disposable and compostable disposable ware for an extra charge.
VIP china service, glassware, linens, wait staff and bartenders are available and can be arranged for an additional fee with the purchase of food and beverage ordered through DeSilva Kitchen.
