Our calendar gets booked very quickly. Please reach out as soon as possible to book your event. Most events are booked a month in advance however please reach out via e-mail or phone if you have a last minute booking need.
We first need to get all the details of your event and expectations. When, where, how many guest, type of cuisine, staffing or drop-off service, your budget and finalize your menu. Once we have the details in order a staff member will send you an invoice for payment. A minimum deposit of 50% is due upon booking to reserve your date.
You can expect a point of contact for your event, e-mails outlining our services, we check-in to make sure you and your guest are satisfied at your event and a follow-up post event.
Due to covid-19 many of our clients prefer individually boxed meals and wrapped plasticware. We are happy to provide this service in effort to help keep everyone safe and protected.
Yes. However, we do not freeze any of our meals internally and every meal leaves our kitchen freshly cooked. When freezing the meal, it extends the shelf life to last up to 30 days. Please keep in mind that we do ship using dry ice which may cause some meals to freeze during transit.
If you notice an issue with your order, please report it at (678)827-1569 or support@desilvakitchen.com within 24 hours. We will not be able to address any issues that are reported after that time frame.

Unfortunately, after the order is placed, there is no modifying the order or the payment options. Please make sure to use your code on your next order with us.
We currently deliver to the Metro Atlanta area and Cobb County. Enter your zip code at checkout to see if you are in our delivery zone. For customers not in the delivery zone we offer shipping options.
Clients that live in gated complexes must add De Silva
Kitchen to their guest list or provide an access code or user key to gain
entrance prior to the delivery day. If the driver cannot enter the premises
during the time of delivery, the driver must continue with their route as each
driver in on a time constraint deadline. If a driver is asked to return back
after the initial failed attempt, an additional $20.00 fee will be applied.
In the unlikely event that you didn't receive your delivery; there may be several reasons why you would not receive a
delivery. Non-payment, a scheduled hold, our driver could not access your home,
or an unforeseen delivery delay due to an uncommon and unavoidable
circumstance. If you feel you have missed a delivery in error please call (678)
827-1569 or email support@desilvakitchen.com and a customer service representative
will contact you at the beginning of the next business day.
Our experienced drivers deliver your cake and desserts in air conditioned vehicles to keep them cold. This is important for the delivery process, especially during the hot summer months.
Our packages start at $250. We will try to work with your budget and will set the expectation on what you will receive at your particular budget.
Each table is designed with your budget in mind. You will receive service and care if you are spending $250 or $2500 for your table however your table design will differ depending on your price point.
